We deliver everywhere in the UK
For in stock piece, we aim to ship within 3 business days of purchase. We partner with Fedex and Royal Mail so your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible. If the order exceeds a certain amount we will use a more secure service to deliver your piece.
The bespoke pieces are made to order in our workshop. Once you place your order it will take between 4 to 8 to craft your fine jewelry piece. You can always track your order through your account or the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is sent out. International shipping can be arranged.
We will send you an email including your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. In the US, standard shipping (1 to 3 business days) is free. Fees for Express shipping (1 business day) are calculated at the checkout and vary depending on your city.
If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at contact@ouahbe.com and we will try our best to solve the issue.
If you're not satisfied with your piece, you have 14 days to send your order back. Contact us and we will arrange a return. If the product is used, scratched, not in its original packaging, or damaged, we will not accept the return.
Please note that we can not accept returns on pieces that are not ready to ship, bespoke or personalized.
If you would like to cancel an order before it has despatched or if you find a fault with your purchase, please contact us contact@ouahbe.com.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex, as well as, PayPal an Apple Pay.
Sales tax are included on all UK orders.
For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Take off your jewellery before your daily rituals such as showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
Before bedtime, lay your jewellery out flat and keep your pieces separately so they don't scratch.
To clean your diamond jewellery, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the gold and diamonds.

Every item has its own certificate of authenticity and will be included with the piece of jewellery.
All OUAHBE piece arrives with beautiful gift-ready packaging and a card if specify at the checkout but is not gift wrapped.
